Lucner is married to Luna. They have four children:
daughter, Victoria; and 3 boys; Victory, Victor, and Victorian.
Dr. Lucner Pierre’s education:
· 2007—B.Th: Emmaus University (EU)
· 2009—Diploma in International Human Rights at UNIDELH
· 2012—MDIV Wesley Biblical Seminary
· 2018—D Min from NYACK Alliance Theological Seminary in New York
After graduation from Emmaus in 2007;
· 2007-2010, Dean of Men where he was translating, teaching Greek and Apologetics.
· 2010 Dean of Discipline and Academic Dean
- 2012 Started Haiti New Life Ministries, Inc.
· 2018 – 2022, Professor of Philosophy, New Testament & Apologetics at Emmaus University in Haiti, Dean of Development and now is Vice-Rector for Development.
Vision
Lucner’s heart and passion is to train Haitians. On January 8, 2012, Dr. Lucner established the school with professors & curriculum. Haiti New Life Ministries Inc. began! Haiti is open and ready for a change.
Shared Vision
Gary Glabe has been an electrical instructor for many years and also had a passion to train Haitians to be electricians. Missionaries on the compound connected Gary to Dr. Lucner and in January 2012 the team began! Gary & LeAnne have gone to Haiti many times since 2005.

2. We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ and his virgin birth. Salvation is only available through accepting his sacrifice as payment for our sins.
